We are pleased to announce that the eCommerce Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina has officially partnered with WCA eCommerce Solutions, further strengthening our global network and creating new opportunities for collaboration.

Founded in 2021, the eCommerce Association is the first and only industry-led eCommerce organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It brings together leading companies for whom eCommerce is either a core business or a key operational segment, working to advance the sector through advocacy, education, legal support, and research.

As the only non-EU member of Ecommerce Europe from the region, the Association represents the Balkan market internationally and actively collaborates on initiatives designed to strengthen the entire regional eCommerce ecosystem.

This partnership is a key milestone that:

• Opens new opportunities for collaboration between WCA eCommerce Solutions members and businesses across the Balkan region.
• Expands our reach into an emerging market with significant growth potential.
• Enhances security and fosters a trusted environment for developing cross-border logistics and eCommerce solutions.

Earlier this year, during our 6th Annual WCA eCommerce Conference 2025 in Salzburg, Belma Ljuta Agic, CEO of the Association, presented the opportunities and challenges of the Balkan market, highlighting the region’s growth potential and the need for stronger logistics and cross-border collaboration. Her insights reinforced the importance of this partnership and underscored the role it will play in connecting our members to an emerging and dynamic eCommerce ecosystem.

Together, we are building stronger bridges between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the global eCommerce and logistics community, creating new ways for our members to connect, innovate, and grow.
