Has been instrumental in shaping and expanding our network. Before the merge with World Parcel Alliance, Harald served as the Director of WCA eCommerce, leading the network with dedication and vision.
Under his leadership, WCA eCommerce hosted two highly successful conferences—in Bangkok in 2024 and Salzburg in 2025—strengthening connections among members and fostering meaningful discussions on the future of global eCommerce.

In 2023, Harald led the rebranding of the network and the launch of a new website reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence. He also played a key role in the successful merger with World Parcel Alliance, bringing together eCommerce and courier expertise under a single, integrated network. Through his vision and dedication to member success, Harald has strengthened our foundation and paved the way for WCA eCommerce Solutions—a forward-thinking network built to meet the demands of today’s dynamic logistics landscape. Brings over 33 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the courier and logistics industry, having built and led a successful courier company while actively contributing to industry associations.
His vision for the Courier Solutions Network aligns with the evolution of the eCommerce landscape: to unify the entire supply chain, from first mile to final mile, while leveraging technology to foster collaboration, spark new partnerships, and create a dynamic global marketplace for our members.

During the conference, we were joined by 7 expert speakers and over 15 panelists who broadened our perspective on trending eCommerce topics worldwide.
