This upcoming conference will be especially meaningful, as it will be the first since the merger of WCA eCommerce and the World Parcel Alliance, forming WCA eCommerce Solutions.
More than just a continuation of the memorable experiences we shared in Bangkok and Salzburg, this event will unite both eCommerce and Courier members in one powerful network. Together, we will create the perfect setting to expand business opportunities, strengthen collaboration, and explore solutions to today’s most pressing logistics challenges.

The country’s eCommerce sector is experiencing steady growth. In 2024, online sales generated approximately €627 million, with around 39% of the population shopping online, and more than 83% of transactions taking place via mobile devices (Ecommerce News Europe). Looking ahead, projections suggest the market will continue to expand, reaching nearly US$841 million by 2028 with a 6.8% CAGR.
The association actively collaborates with institutions, businesses, and regional stakeholders to advance digital transformation, improve logistics solutions, and strengthen competitiveness in the Balkan eCommerce sector (Ecommerce Europe).
